Khan's Supermarket Group is a familiar face for shoppers in New South Wales. This family-owned business started with one store in 1981 and today have 10 grocery stores and a number of other businesses in the group. Khan’s stores are each known for being extremely loyal to their local communities, committed to quality and service, and for giving back to the areas in which their stores operate.
The team at Khan’s have been working with Myfoodlink since 2015, and currently nine of the group’s stores offer online shopping on the Myfoodlink platform. Myfoodlink provides Khan's with a cohesive ecommerce environment for its stores and their customers, through the Host Store function. All supermarkets in the group use World Smart Point of Sale software, which has allowed seamless two-way data integration and group-wide management of key retail items such as specials and promotions. This has also allowed the existing customer loyalty scheme to be integrated into the ecommerce platform, and allow customers to use their loyalty account when shopping online as well as in store. Myfoodlink also produced ecommerce apps for the business and its stores, which are available for iOS and Android devices.
