The business takes a specific focus on customer experience and the local communities the stores operate in.
In 2017 Drakes decided the time was right to start offering customers the option of online ordering, and they partnered with Myfoodlink to make this happen.
In early 2018 the first stores went live (Golden Grove Foodland and Castle Plaza Foodland) with three further stores live in April 2018 (Findon Foodland, Newton Foodland and Woodcroft Foodland).
The decision to take their stores online is reflective of the Drake’s philosophy of putting the customer first. Drakes have recognised the need to offer customers the option to shop online for convenience and lifestyle reasons and have developed a robust strategy to make this happen.
