The Ahmedi Group is a family-owned group of three stores in New South Wales. The business is owned and managed by Shakeel Ahmedi and his sons, Ghazanfar and Imran. Over the years this family has built a successful business that serves their local communities.
In 2020 the Ahmedi family decided to take on ecommerce and partnered with Myfoodlink to make it happen in early 2021. Originally the Kandos and Gulgong stores started to offer online shopping, and when the Molong store joined the group in 2023 it was added to their ecommerce lineup.
The stores in the group all use GaP Solutions Point of Sale software, which made the creation of their online stores and data integration very straightforward. Currently all the stores offer click and collect, and some regional delivery in their local areas.
