Link homepage promotions to specific coupons and display eligible products across your store. Show the right promotions to the right shoppers, automatically.
Two new updates to the coupons feature give you better control over how promotions interact with your shopfront. Whether you're running a first-order discount or a product-specific deal, these updates make it easier to reach the right shoppers and remove the friction that sits between a promotion and an actual purchase.
Coupons in Myfoodlink already cover a lot of ground: spend thresholds, delivery zone restrictions, single-use per customer, dollar or percentage discounts. These two updates build on that foundation by giving you more control over how promotions are surfaced and who sees them.
Homepage promotions, made up of promotional tiles and carousel banners, can now be tied to a specific coupon. Shoppers who aren't eligible or who have already used it, won't see the tile at all. For everyone else, the storefront looks exactly the same.
Example: Running a FIRST10 discount for new customers? Once a shopper redeems it, that banner disappears on their next visit. The offer stays targeted without any manual work.
For product-restricted coupons, qualifying items are now flagged directly on product listings and individual product pages. All eligible products are also listed on the coupon page itself.
Before this update, shoppers using a product-specific coupon had no clear way to know which items it applied to until checkout. That gap often meant confusion or a lost sale.
Both features are configured inside your store's backoffice.
When editing a promotional tile or carousel banner, go to the Link section and select "Coupon" from the "Link to" dropdown. You'll then be able to search for and select the coupon you want to associate with that tile. Homepage promotions are managed under the "TILES" settings in your backoffice.
When creating or editing a coupon, tick the "Show on product pages" checkbox. This will display the coupon code on matching product listings and product pages. You can also add a short description: a brief summary shown on product pages, up to 30 characters. This feature is managed under the "COUPON" settings in your backoffice.

If you're new to coupons and want to understand the full setup, including coupon codes, date ranges, restrictions, and incentive types, the Getting started with the Coupons feature article covers everything you need.
